The firehouse

In firehouses across the country, the walls are covered with pictures of major fires that their firefighters have responded to and of the apparatus that was assigned to that firehouse over the years. One can also find pictures of the members of that fire station dating back many years. Old school fire bells used many years ago can be found mounted on a plaque and hanging on the walls ringing in dinner time for the crews on their tour. And in many firehouses across this country pictures of those who paid the ultimate price for the safety of others.
